Key Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Documentation
- Facilitate workshops with country and functional stakeholders to understand current operational processes.
- Document end-to-end business processes using Visio and process mapping methodologies.
- Capture process variations, dependencies, controls, systems, and hand-off points.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, process inventories, and RACI matrices.
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze existing processes to identify: Inefficiencies, Manual activities, Duplication of effort, Process bottlenecks, Control gaps, Automation opportunities
- Recommend process improvements aligned to Shared Services operating models and business objectives.
- Support standardization of processes across multiple countries and business units.
