About the role
We are looking for a steady and responsible person to take care of a small VR arcade outlet. The outlet is not extremely busy, but the standard must be maintained every day. You must be punctual, organised, customer-friendly, and comfortable working alone.
Key responsibilities- Open and close the outlet
- Prepare and charge VR headsets
- Reset rooms after customers
- Keep the outlet clean and presentable
- Handle bookings and walk-in customers
- Explain VR games to customers
- Report any equipment issues early
- Learn to troubleshoot system issues
- Send simple daily photo/report updates
- Willing to learn and participate fully in our structured 3-month training program.
