• Ensure that respective departments undertake the appropriate and necessary action in response to Head Office's new/change in regulations instructions/direction.
• Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of any new products, new transactions, or new technologies by evaluating the impact on any operational risk of the Branch including legal, compliance, AML, and tax risk.
• The interface between users and the IT Department ensures users’ requirements are adequately judged and fulfilled by evaluating the accuracy and impact on operational risk and reasonableness of users’ requirements.
• Facilitate and support BCP exercise and stress test, if any, reviewing impact on operational risk and workflow.
