Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer’s expectation and KPIs.

Accountable for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope.

Define requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies, technologies and initiatives to drive overall performance.

Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.
