Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Help oversee daily activities during opening hours
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the space
• Coordinate staff and daily tasks
• Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere
• Assist with opening/closing procedures

Customer Experience

• Welcome families and guests
• Handle customer questions and concerns
• Help create a smooth and enjoyable experience
