Responsibilities: a) Liaise with Project and Operations Manager for work scheduling and site arrangement.
b) Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.
c) Assist Project/Operations Manager in fulfilling project management duties.
d) Report and support all operational matters, including administration, manpower scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and progress tracking.
e) Prepare work plans for execution of various project components.
f) Supervise and manage site activities and provide updates to the Project Manager.
g) Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.
h) Attend project coordination and progress meetings.
i) Track and update workflow related to purchase order status.
