OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As an Operations Executive, need lead a team to work independently and responsible for filling in all working documents/information and filing for future reference. In addition, need to check production forms, test records, defects and operation completion status to achieve the food and service quality standards.

• Arrange, pack and store food in temperature controlled facilities at -18 Degree (Freezer)
• Proper coat wear will be provided
• Responsible for filling in all working documents/information and filing for future reference; check production forms, test records, defects and operation completion status.
• Need to be familiar with the Products and Ingredients
• Pack delivery orders one day in advance according to Purchase Order for following day delivery
• Indicate Date of Expiry in the Purchase Order
• Inform kitchen if there is any Expiry Products (6 Months Shelf Life) ...
