OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibility:

As an Operations Executive, need lead a team to work independently and responsible for filling in all working documents/information and filing for future reference. In additional, need to check production forms, test records, defects and operation completion status achieve the food and service quality standards.

Job Description:

.Arrange, pack and store food in temperature controlled facilities @ - 18 Degree (Freezer)

.Proper coat wear will be provided

.Responsible for filling in all working documents/information and filing for future reference. Need to check production forms, test records, defects and operation completion status.

.Need to be familiar with the Products and Ingredients

.Pack delivery orders 1 day in-advance according to Purchase Order for following day deliver

.Indicate Date of Expiry in the Purchase Order

.Inform kitchen if there is any Expiry Products...
