Job Description :

* 02 positions, working in Da Nang or Bac Ninh.

Main duties:
• Manage production activities of the factory following the assigned targets based on the consistent business strategy and management system approved by BOM.
• Observe, control and support the operation performance of functional departments of the factory to ensure the company’s policies, regulations and system set up by BOM are followed.
• Periodically report to BOM about the results on production plan and management activities.
• Design and implement the next production plan and targets.
• Control production budget and costs appropriate to the management system of the factory.

• University degree holder.
• At least 5 years experience in the same position in FMCG company.
• Management experience in electromechancial production, finance – accounting, HR, purchasing in large-scale companies.
