Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join our team in the Tampines East Region. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing- Assist with the coordination of freight transportation, including booking carriers, tracking shipments, and liaising with clients
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing documentation, data entry, and filing
- Help monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
