Job Description 

The Operating Model and Change Lead defines the model required to deliver and sustain the Research and Development Digital strategy. This role shapes roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance forums, change-management requirements and value tracking across Research and Development, Digital Technology, Data and Analytics, Product Lifecycle Management, Value Chain Operations and partners.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate strategy into operating mechanisms that can be governed, funded, adopted and sustained.

Assess current operating model challenges across Research and Development Digital delivery, decision-making and governance.
Define future-state roles, responsibilities, decision rights and ways of working.
Shape governance forums, value tracking mechanisms and delivery cadences.
Identify change impacts across people, process, culture, data ownership and adoption.
