• Support cross-functional projects: Support operational and commercial initiatives across pricing, assortment, supply chain, digital marketing and customer service. You help structure workstreams, prepare timelines, track milestones and coordinate stakeholders across different teams and locations.
• E-commerce analytics & modelling: Prepare analyses to support business decisions, including scenario calculations, KPI tracking, stock-level analyses, marketing spend reviews and value-creation cases.
• Process improvement: Help map key workflows such as order-to-cash, fulfilment, returns and payments. Identify bottlenecks and support the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives or outsourcing solutions.
