Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), front‑end loaders, or other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise; load and unload trucks and flatbeds.
• Prepare organic mixes using a heavy equipment loader; push or relocate piles to ensure proper segregation of materials.
• Supply production with a continuous stock of material.
• Monitor stockpiles for excessive heat, turn stockpiles, extinguish small fires, and ensure proper water usage for preparing stockpiles.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and perform Order Filler and Checker duties as required.
• Work on holidays and weekends from time to time.
• Use forklift, clamp truck, front‑end loader, or other power equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report quality variances.
