Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OpenText EDI Administrator to support and maintain our EDI ecosystem, with a focus on OpenText and BizLink integrations. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving EDI issues, ensuring reliable data exchange with customers and 3PL partners, and collaborating with internal ERP system owners (AS400).
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support OpenText EDI platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
Diagnose and resolve BizLink-related integration and transaction issues
Partner with ERP (AS400) system owners to ensure seamless data flow and issue resolution
Work directly with customers and 3PL partners to investigate and resolve EDI discrepancies
Analyze transaction failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Maintain EDI mappings, documentation, and operational procedures
