SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream for customer communications management (CCM) design, development, and document composition.
- Experience working with Quadient Inspire platform for document generation, workflow automation, and multichannel customer communications.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic templates, forms, and personalized customer correspondence using OpenText Exstream.
- Knowledge of CCM best practices, document lifecycle management, and enterprise document generation solutions.
