OpenShift TAM — Enterprise Technical Advisor

Red Hat is looking for an experienced System Administrator to serve as a Technical Account Manager within the Red Hat services team in La Serena, Chile. You will provide technical guidance and support customers in adopting Red Hat OpenShift and other infrastructure solutions.

Your responsibilities will include fostering customer relationships, leading health reviews, and ensuring customers achieve their business goals through effective use of Red Hat technologies.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in cloud solutions.
