OpenShift L1 Support Engineer — Incidents & Access

Thakral One is looking for a Mid-level OpenShift Engineer L1 Support located in Metro Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will provide first-line support for OpenShift clusters, managing incidents and service requests while learning about container platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of IT support experience, a basic understanding of Linux and container concepts, and a commitment to customer-focused support.

This is a 1-year contract with shift hours from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM PHT, including on-call coverage during weekends.
