Spain is one of Teya's most strategically important markets. As the OP&A Partner for Spain, you will play a critical role in shaping the country's growth strategy, commercial performance, and long‑term value creation.
Your mission is to help the business make better decisions, faster. You will work directly with the Country Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, allocate resources effectively, improve commercial productivity, and ensure the business is executing against its goals. Acting as the strategic and analytical partner to the Country Leader, you will bring together data, commercial insight, and operational rigour to drive performance across the market.
This is not a reporting role. It is a business‑building role. You will influence how we invest, where we grow, how we deploy teams, how we incentivise performance, and how we measure success. You will sit at the centre of commercial decision‑making and help turn strategy into execution.
