**About this Position***:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Onsite Representative to join our team and work directly inside our customer´s plant in Puebla. This role will oversee and support technical processes on-site, ensuring consistent performance, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
**What you´ll do***:
- Supervise and support three main process areas within the plant:
Physical-chemical analysis
Installation inspections (pressure, levels, equipment parameters) Documentation management (consumption reports, inventory tracking, material receipts, weekly reports)Provide on-site customer service and technical support to the client.Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of operational or technical failures.Implement and maintain statistical process control tools (charts, trend analysis).Assist during internal and external audits.Ensure timely submission of reports and operational data.
