Onsite Piping Engineer - Client Rep & QA/QC

Peak Ocean is seeking a seasoned Piping/Pipe Stress Engineer to join an owner-side PMT for a drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore. The role is onsite, reporting to the Senior/Lead Piping Engineer, providing day-to-day field oversight of piping fabrication and installation, ensuring safety, compliance, and schedule.

You will monitor welding and NDT logs, manage punch lists and as-built isometrics, verify hydrostatic tests, and enforce piping specs (API 5L, ASTM A106)
