Onsite Operations Director, Revenue Growth (Cebu)

HawodTech Solutions is looking for a Director of Operations and Support in Cebu City. This role require experience in managing operations and revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO operations, client relations, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will oversee departmental efficiency, directly report to the VP of Operations, and work closely with team leaders. A degree in Business Administration is required, with an MBA preferred. This is an onsite position with work hours aligned to US PST.
