Overview
Speedy is the UK’s leading hire provider, offering a wide range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services. We are looking for an Onsite Manager to join our team in West London. The role is Monday to Friday and will involve 42 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support management of the P&L for the location.
- Management of the day to day running of the onsite hire and sales function.
- Management of the compliance levels of equipment for the Client base.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call out charges in line with Speedy policies and customer KPIs to minimise risk to revenue.
- Effectively manage the digital role centre and utilisation to ensure deliveries, collections and exchanges are actioned in a timely manner and that transport is consolidated where possible.
