Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the last mile delivery sector. Eg.Amazon/DX etc.
A history of managing self employed contractors.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and relationship management practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
