Key Responsibilities
- ProvideLevel 1 support for hardware, network infrastructure, and internal software systems.
- Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, providing clear updates on technical resolutions.
- Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high internal service standards (SOPs).
- Communicate technical solutions fluently in two languages to support a global team.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- MANDARIN speaker is a plus .
