Record rack details (ID, height, occupied/free U, device types), check stability, capture photos.

Floor Space and Power Readiness

Measure floor area, verify power feeds, UPS, cooling, grounding.

Network Device Inventory

Record WAN/LAN devices, ports, interfaces, patch panels.

Compliance and Operational Checks

Note change freeze dates, compliance standards, access control, delivery capabilities, language preferences, risks.
