Join our team as an Onsite IT Specialist in Toronto, focusing on deskside technology support for office and lab users. You'll manage AV systems, desktop setups, and service desk requests daily.
In this role, you will provide direct support to users as the first contact for service desk troubleshooting. Reporting to the End User Services Manager, you will oversee ticket management, hardware deployments, and lab IT operations. Your expertise will ensure the efficiency of both business and laboratory computing environments in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite support for desktops and lab IT
• Perform onboarding and manage device lifecycles
• Service desk management, including SLA and incident communication
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Contribute to office and lab moves with IT support
