Onsite IT Operations & AV Support – Manufacturing

Stefanini, Inc is seeking a Deskside Technician II to join the IT Operations Support team in a manufacturing environment. You will provide onsite hardware and software support for end users, including PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and strong customer service.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Intune, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. On-call rotation and overtime may be needed.
