Onsite Global Endpoint Operations Engineer

Become an integral part of Electronic Arts as a Global Endpoint Operations Engineer in Vancouver. This role focuses on optimizing endpoint management and automating solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
The position requires on-site presence five days a week for a 12-month contract. You will manage endpoint farms, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational processes. Your technical expertise in hardware and endpoint platforms will be critical as you work to streamline services and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve farm deployment processes and practices
• Manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices and environments
• Collaborate with L2 and L3 technicians on escalated issues
• Perform firmware upgrades and reimage systems
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
