Sharp Brains Solutions in Madrid, Spain is seeking an EUC/Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for onsite enterprise support.
You will provide deskside hardware and software support, perform IMAC, manage device imaging and upgrades, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, basic macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers and peripherals.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, comfort with SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow, and the ability to work independently in a 24/7 standby rotation.
