Onsite Desktop & IT Support Tech II (L2)

Link-Worldwide is seeking a temporary Technical Support Specialist for a one-year position in Nezahualcóyotl, Mexico. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field, advanced English skills, and at least one year of experience. The role requires providing level 2 IT support, ensuring functionality in meeting rooms, and basic Cisco technology maintenance.

This fully onsite position offers working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and various IT tools is essential to succeed in this role.
