Onsite Construction Laborer – Build Your Career

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Laborer to perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway, heavy construction, excavation, and demolition project sites. The Laborer may operate a variety of equipment and instruments.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site. Onsite presence at Hot Springs, AR is required. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are expected.
