Job Summary
eClerx is seeking an experienced Onsite Client Partner to serve as the primary liaison between one of our leading financial services clients and our global delivery teams. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role responsible for supporting New Client Onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Account Opening operations while driving collaboration across teams in Spain, India, Peru, and the UK.
The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, identify operational improvement opportunities, manage escalations, and help shape evolving processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
