ResponsibilitiesSupport customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless).
Post sales: Provide personalized technical support online (email / teams) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources).
Pre Sales: Work with sales teams on understanding customers' requirements (product & application or use case) to position REN products and solutions in an advantageous way.Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions.Solving technical issues raised by partner FAE bring to you.Providing them with training materials / collaterals / demos they need to convince customers to use REN products or solutions.Be their 'go to' advocate within REN to enable partner FAE to be successful.Actively participate in local business reviews with the relevant sales teams & partners and highlight gaps and issues needed to win customer sockets.Will be working on many open...
