About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

Job Description

You will play an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of our store by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, the store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

You will be responsible for:

• I know my customers and serve them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• I actively encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through completing the ‘have your say’ survey.
