Onboarding Specialist Banking (Mandarin Speaker)

The KYC Onboarding Analyst is responsible for conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews to support customer onboarding activities. This role ensures all customer information, supporting documents, and risk assessments are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies, AML/CFT regulations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for individual and corporate customer onboarding.
• Verify customer identification documents and supporting information using reliable and independent sources.
• Ensure customer profiles are complete, accurate, and compliant before account activation.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews in accordance with AML/CFT requirements.
