Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey by managing the onboarding process for new employees with a focus on compliance and documentation.
- Own the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring operational requirements are met and addressing employee queries.
- Collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients and their employees.
- Continuously seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience, anticipating evolving needs.
- Maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
