Onboarding & Menu Success Specialist

CloudKitchens is seeking an Account Manager/Onboarding Specialist for our Santiago office. You will guide restaurateurs through onboarding and launching brands on OFO’s, review menus, and synthesize data across platforms.

You’ll train customers via phone, Zoom, and email, ensuring a high-quality experience and CSAT targets. The role requires daily customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort in fast-paced settings.
