Onboarding & HR Operations Specialist

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a People Services Officer. This full-time hybrid role focuses on onboarding labour-hire workers, coordinating onboarding requests, contracts, induction, work rights, and audits, while maintaining accurate records for recruitment teams.

You will manage end-client onboarding for on-hired staff, update documents in JobAdder, and assist with timesheet reports and payroll as required, ensuring timely communication with the team.
