Our Human Resources group is currently looking to add an Onboarding & Field Recruitment Coordinator to our growing team, based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, we seek a highly organized and detail‑oriented HR professional with experience in onboarding coordination and field recruitment to support high-volume workforce demands. This role is key in delivering a consistent, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for all new hires while supporting union dispatch coordination and workforce operations for field teams.
