Onboarding & Brand Launch Specialist

CloudKitchens, based in Santiago, is seeking an Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist to help restaurants succeed in online food delivery. You will onboard brands, review and build menus for online storefronts, and train customers on brand management via phone, Zoom, and email.

You will work with onboarding teams and account executives to ensure a positive customer experience and drive CSAT through careful QA and proactive support.
