- Manage data integration processes and ERP environment preparation
- Conduct online training sessions
- Ensure schools are fully trained on application functionalities
- Support communication and outreach to families
- Ensure school adherence and identify process improvements for efficiency
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- High capacity for execution and autonomy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship areas such as Onboarding, Customer Success, or Customer Service
