Unox Mexico, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Mexico for the second consecutive year and as Best Workplace™ since 2024, is looking for a On Site & Service Trainer to join the Unox Mexico Service Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.
Responsibilities- The professional objective will be to provide an excellent first level service support to UNOX service network in Monterrey and the north of the country.
- Create and deliver training courses and mentoring to the entire global network of service partners in Mexico by conducting classroom trainings, seminars and interactive courses and by providing mentoring and training at the installation site of UNOX customers.
