Responsibilities
Assist Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination/documentation, ordering equipment for install base projects, and general office duties for fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler systems.
How You Will Do It
- Operations Administrative Support: upload and maintain projects and contracts via Job Design/BBI.
- Monitor status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler).
- Communicate with customers and sales reps for material/labor needs.
- Ensure required engineering is performed to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with TIS supervisor or construction manager on customer labor requirements.
- Order equipment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Report project status to department managers.
- Process change orders, release equipment, file certificates of insurance and warranty letters.
