We are offering a permanent Plumber role in HMYOI Lincoln. Base salary is between £30,866 and £36,135, depending on experience. Hours are 39 per week on a rota basis, 08:00‑17:00, with an earlier finish every Friday and a 15% additional allowance for each weekend worked.
Responsibilities
- Routine and non‑routine maintenance.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Fault finding: Identification of life‑expired equipment, checking, repairing and taming faults.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
- Legionella awareness and compliance desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in a commercial environment.
