HireMorph is seeking a motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to support our US-based real estate clients. The role is on-site in Wah, Pakistan, with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and a salary range of PKR 80,000–110,000 per month.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining CRM records. The candidate should have 1–3 years in a similar role, strong English, and the ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
