On-Site IT Support Specialist

NTT DATA North America is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to deliver exceptional support for a variety of devices and applications. You will assist end-users, document and escalate issues, and help onboard new users while collaborating with internal IT teams.

This role requires strong English communication, customer service excellence, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern on-site in Mexico.
