On-Site IT Support Engineer — Windows, Mac & Networking

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to be the on-site face of IT at customer locations in Geneva region, delivering reliable second-line support and ensuring service levels are met. You will work closely with the customer's IT team.

The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows and Mac, device setup, incident management via ServiceNow, asset tracking, and user assistance across end-user computing devices.
