On-site Electrical QS — Cost & Value Engineer

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer for a role in electrical quantity surveying. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, review electrical drawings, and coordinate with the MEP team at Two Ecom, MOA Complex.

Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying, familiarity with Philippine construction standards, and proficiency in software such as Excel and Bluebeam. This is an on-site position.
