On-site Customer Experience & Design Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Tijuana is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their customer support team for custom t-shirts. This full-time on-site position involves assisting customers with website navigation, custom designs, and ensuring accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate is bilingual with excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve. Previous experience in sales or custom manufacturing is a plus. The role offers a unique 4 days on, 3 days off schedule and requires weekend availability.
