Your Mission

• Lead & Empower Teams: Lead, inspire, and grow engineering teams focused on the Integrated Planning Platform. Ensure the team has a clear mission aligned with On’s global supply chain goals, encourage a collaborative environment, and balance managing the team closely with giving them the freedom to act with increasing autonomy.
• Supply Chain & Platform Delivery: Be fully accountable for the delivery, timeline, quality, and hiring for your teams. Take on accountability for larger, more complex deliverables by managing risk, anticipating blockers, and addressing uncertainty.
• Technical & Architectural Leadership: Be accountable for the team’s technical decisions and solutions, acting as a key contributor to ensure they align with On Tech’s architecture north star. You will guide the architecture to seamlessly handle complex supply chain data flows, enterprise system (e.g., ERP) integrations, and high‑volume planning cycles.
